I have found a soul sister! Pat Coakley’s views on diet, politics and art are right up my alley. Pat celebrates vegetables by gorgeously photographing them. Sometimes one needs a new reason to buy another cabbage.
A trip to my produce market netted these lovely Forelle pears. Small and speckled, crisp and sweet, these high fiber beauties are a perfectly healthy holiday dessert as is or baked with a teaspoon of butter, ginger, cloves and nutmeg and raspberries.
